• Initial purchase of a Chemical Company Analysis (CCA) includes one (1) copy of the respective company report by mail and email. Additional copies are available to clients at $250.00 per copy. In addition, the service fee includes unlimited online access to the company reports by employees of a cliehnt company via a secure Internet-based delivery system.
• There is a NO RETURN policy on any company reports purchased. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or refunds.
• By submitting this order, you agree to the above terms and conditions and agree to payment of the purchase within 30 days from the data of the invoice.
• Clients of this service are entitled to unlimited online access to the Company Report for employees of the purchasing company only. The service, reports and forecast are for the exclusive use of the client company and its subsidiaries (60 percent or more ownership), or for the client company and its parent company if the parent company owns 60 percent or more of the purchasing company.
• The Chemical Company Analysis is prepared for the sole benefit of the client. Neither reports, portions of reports, forecasts nor access to services (in the form of identification and password codes) will be provided to third parties without the prior written consent of CMAI. No reports, forecasts, downloads or other services nor any part of the same shall be provided to non-employees or third parties, regardless of whether third parties are providing benefit to the client, without prior written consent of CMAI. Any third party in possession of CMAI information or analyses may not rely upon the conclusions without the prior written consent of CMAI. Possession of a report, world analysis or download does not carry with it the right of publication.
• Any information or analyses herein presented are strictly the opinion of Chemical Market Associates, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively known as "CMAI") and are based on information collected within the public sector and on assessments by CMAI.
  CMAI conducts analysis and prepares reports for clients utilizing reasonable care and skill in applying methods of analysis consistent with normal industry practice. All results are based on information available at the time of review. Other information, including government sources, trade associations or marketplace participants, may have provided some of the information on which the analyses or data are based. CMAI may have utilized such information without verification and accepts no liability for errors or inaccuracies.
  Changes in factors upon which the analysis is based could affect the results. Forecasts are inherently uncertain because of events or combinations of events that cannot be reasonably foreseen including the actions of government, individuals, third parties and marketplace participants. CMAI shall not be liable for any claims whatsoever, whether caused by negligence, errors, omissions, strict liability or contribution. NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE SHALL APPLY. CMAI MAKES NO GUARANTY OR WARRANTY AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY AS TO USE.
  CMAI services are prepared for the sole benefit of clients, are non-transferrble, non-assignable, and are for clients' internal use only during the applicable term of the service. All intellectual property rights and copyrights are owned by, vest in, inure to, and shall remain with CMAI.
• Client agrees it will not, without the prior written consent of CMAI, (i) use in advetising, publicity, or otherwise the name of CMAI, or any trade name, trademark, service mark, or symbol owned by CMAI, or (ii) represent, directly or indirectly, that its products have been approved or endorsed by the other party.
• If CMAI is requested by client to provide assistance, give testimony, review documents or the like in connection with claims, disputes, investigations or litigation involving any of the purchased products, or the conduct of client causes CMAI to be subpoenaed or otherwise required by law to provide testimony or produce documents in connection with investigations or litigation involving CMAI's services, then client shall compensate CMAI, for time and expenses incurred at applicable CMAI litigation rates (including reasonable and necessary attorney's fees), in connection with such activities.
• CMAI's financial performance analysis included in the CCA represents the possible market impact from raw material and finished product price changes on a particular company or companies. In no way does CMAI's financial performance analysis attempt, try or claim to represent the actual financial performance of any particular company or companies. CMAI's financial performance analysis does not take into account a multitude of factors that would affect the financial performance of a company or companies, such as achieved production rates, overhead charges, actual sales or purchasing contracts, movements in working capital, depreciation, pension fund liabilities, law suits, tax liabilities, and other business variables.
• CMAI's financial performance analysis does not constitute an offer or solicitation of any transaction in any securities referred to herein. CMAI has no obligation to tell clients when opinions or information change. CMAI and its affiliates or its subsidiaries are involved in many businesses that may relate to companies mentioned in CMAI's financial performance analysis. It should be assumed that CMAI is or could be providing these companies with CMAI services, including business advisory services.

The fee is net of any withholdings or local taxation and are subject to additional local tax (Sales Tax,VAT, Goods & Services Tax), where applicable.
